Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available: Ground (3-5 business days OR 7-14 business days, depending on availability of the items), 2-Day (2 business days) and Overnight (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.
Some items cannot be shipped using 2-Day or Overnight due to size, weight, and delivery address. These items will only have Ground shipping method.
Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Ground:
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 3-5 business days OR 7-14 business days, depending on availability of the item and depending on delivery location.
There is no Ground shipping method for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Only 2-Day shipping is available in lieu of Ground, however, the order may be arrived in 7-14 business days.

2-Day:
2-Day is only available on select items (depending on availability of the items) for our customers who ship orders within United States.
2-Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm CT on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days.
All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).
Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery.
Overnight:
Overnight delivery is only available on select items for customers who ship orders within United States.
Overnight delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm CT on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days.

Preorder items:
We offer some preorder items on our website, like Graphic Cards, GPUs and other cryptocurrency mining related products. Preorder items may take up a few months to ship, some may up to 6 months.
